JJ Watt shares cool message after brother TJ gets his 100th sack
JJ Watt shared a cool message via social media on Sunday night after watching brother TJ achieve an impressive milestone.
TJ was having a big game defensively for his Pittsburgh Steelers in their Week 5 game against the Dallas Cowboys at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Sunday night. After TJ got his first sack in the game, brother JJ sent a note to recognize that TJ had reached the 100 career sack milestone.
“Welcome to the 100 Sack Club @_TJWatt, we’ve been waiting. New guy buys everyone else a car,” JJ wrote on X. “I don’t make the rules, that’s just the way it goes…”

Imagine a guy who earned nearly $130 million during his playing career trying to hustle his brother for a new car. At least JJ is having fun with things.
One interesting note about TJ’s accomplishment: he is the second-fastest player (109 games) to reach the 100-sack milestone behind only Reggie White (96 games). Of course, sacks only became an official stat in 1982, but the Steelers star’s accomplishment is nonetheless impressive.
