Despite an off-season filled with alleged drug and alcohol abuse, Johnny Manziel insists he has not given up on his NFL career. And he knows exactly which team he wants to play for.
TMZ caught up with Manziel as the free agent was leaving The Nice Guy, one of his favorite Hollywood spots, on Friday night. Manziel didn’t have a whole lot to say, but he did throw his arms in the air and say “yes!” when asked about Josh Gordon’s reinstatement. He was then asked if we’ll be seeing him in the NFL again.
“Absolutely, brotha,” Manziel said.
When the photographer followed up by asking Manziel which team he wants to play for, he did not hesitate.
“Cowboys,” he replied.

However, signing Manziel would be a public relations nightmare for any team right now. Those who work “under” Jones probably wouldn’t allow it to happen, no matter how badly he wanted it.
