Josh McCown did not play in Week 3 for the Cleveland Browns because of his shoulder injury, but he must have earned some toughness points from his teammates.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says McCown fought to play in the Browns’ game against the Miami Dolphins Sunday despite his shoulder injury.

McCown’s shoulder injury is described as a painful strain and hairline crack in his shoulder. It has also been termed a fractured collarbone.
McCown was 20 of 33 for 260 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during Week 2 for Cleveland.
