Marcell Dareus facing four-game suspension for substance abuse violation
You’ve got to think that the Buffalo Bills did something to incur the wrath of the football gods this summer.
According to a report by Adam Schefter of ESPN on Tuesday, Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus is facing a four-game suspension for another violation of the league’s substance abuse policy.

Dareus, 26, recorded 51 combined tackles and two sacks for Buffalo in 2015, a season in which he was suspended for the first game due to a similar violation. He just signed a six-year extension with the team last September.
The Bills have already lost both Reggie Ragland and IK Enemkpali to season-ending knee injuries in recent days. First-round draft pick Shaq Lawson is also sidelined long-term with a shoulder injury. With running back Karlos Williams suspended for the first four games of the season as well, this is starting to look like it could be a disastrous 2016 campaign for Buffalo.
