Pierre Garcon gave us what likely will go down as the best catch of the weekend. The Washington Redskins receiver made a crazy one-handed catch on the team’s third drive of the game. Robert Griffin III’s pass was high, so Garcon had to show off his vertical leap while reaching up with his right hand to pluck the ball out of the air.
Not only did Dez Bryant’s Dallas Cowboys lose to the Detroit Lions in a thriller … and not only did he meltdown on the sidelines twice … but then he lost the honors of best catch of the weekend to a division rival. Here was Dez’s one-handed grab for comparison.
