That Andrew Bynum isn’t exactly the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to his injury rehab methods. About this time last year, the Laker center was spotted at a UCLA frat party while he was also recovering from a knee injury. For his 21st birthday, he pulled a Pacman Jones/Floyd Mayweather and made it rain at Ivar in Hollywood. This time around, the young center also out with a knee injury, was spotted at the Playboy Mansion for a party, appeared to be doing fine, and even tried out the hula-hoops:

Wearing a green smoking jacket and slippers, Bynum … partied like a rock star near the infamous grotto.

He picked up Playmate Nicole Narain and placed her on his shoulders and got somebody to take a picture with his digital camera.

He hopped over a velvet rope near the DJ booth so he could take a picture with Narain and other Playmates who ended up sitting on his lap.

Between Bynum’s past rehab methods, Kwame Brown’s lesbian bar rehab, Vlad Radmonovic’s snowboard, and Shaq’s healing on company time line, it seems like everyone’s trying to milk the Lakers. Typically you would just chalk all this stuff up to the errors of a young kid — which Bynum is — but the difference is he’s a professional now, not a college player, so he has to be smarter and more responsible than that. If I’m out with an injury, I’m not trying to rub it in for my franchise by partying at the Playboy Mansion. That just shows a lack of respect. Thanks to my man JS for hooking LBS up with the story!

Bynum is a waste, young and immature, the lure of the putang. I watched a show on his off season workouts and was like wow this guy might be something one day, but you know what all the workouts in the world will never give a player HEART, this guy is a puss and that is all he is after puss and money. Hey Bynum get some HEART in the off season, until then you are a wasted 7 footer.

The lakers would never http://www.tradekobe.com for you

Your just stupid, a man has to live life. do you expect him to just sit at home and do nothing the whole time he is rehabbing? he’s 21 years old let him live it up I am pretty sure carrying a playmate won’t make his injury any worse. Don’t lie to yourself and say that you would not go to the playboy mansion if you had success like him, let the man live life all these pro athletes are still just humans.

I think your putting way too much emphasis on something so meaningless. “Get some heart” lol your just a hater what do u know about bynum you’ve rarely seen him play and your saying he has no heart? Well the way i see it i would rather have him and greg oden, atleast when bynums on the floor he contributes and is always at a double double or close to it.

I don’t expect him to live it up while his teammates are out working hard to try and win the championship. Perception is a big deal and it looks terrible for him to be out partying while his team is working hard.

I think it’s somewhere in the middle. He probably shouldn’t be getting photographed at the Playboy Mansion while your team is in the playoff push and on a 7 game road trip looking tired as hell like they could use your services. Perception is a lot even though it’s not everything. A good example is Jordan Farmar. All that guy did was work his but off to get back on the court when he was supposed to be out twice as long as he was. I don’t mind this if it was the off season or during the all star break but come on man. Be at the house doing knee excecsises or something.

Stop hating! That’s WHY he plays the game. So he can have fun.

And he will crush your teams!
