Vince Velasquez made one heck of a play on Saturday night for the Philadelphia Phillies before leaving the game.
Velasquez was pitching in the second inning against the Washington Nationals when Adam Eaton hit a two-out line drive back up the box. Velasquez was hit in his pitching arm by the ball and threw his glove down in pain. But he didn’t give up on the play, and instead he threw left-handed to first for the out.
