Draymond Green relishes in being one of the most polarizing players in the NBA, but he doesn’t understand what the people of Utah have against him.
After the Golden State Warriors took a 3-0 series lead over the Jazz on Saturday, Green was asked about fans at the Vivint Smart Home Arena letting him hear it.

“They were booing me pretty loud,” Green told reporters. “I think there’s some places I go where I should definitely get booed. I don’t know if this is one of them. I’ve never really had any beef with any players on the Jazz.”
Per usual, Green didn’t seem to mind playing the role of villain. In fact, he can probably expect to be booed even more loudly in Game 4, as he blatantly taunted Jazz fans while he was heading to the bench late in the first half on Saturday.
“I’ve never done anything wrong to them, so I don’t know why they were booing me so loud,” he said. “I just reminded them they were down 2-0.”
The Jazz are actually down 3-0 now, and no one would be surprised if they get swept. Green has grown used to be disliked by opposing fans, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
