
Russell Westbrook left the Oklahoma City Thunder’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night after rolling his ankle.
Westbrook was jumping under the basket in the third quarter to attempt a defensive rebound. When he landed, his left ankle was completely twisted and he let out a scream.

Westbrook slapped the floor after falling and did not put any weight on his left leg as he limped off. Westbrook headed back to the team’s locker room.

Westbrook was 6-for-16 for 17 points with 7 rebounds and 9 assists in 25 minutes prior to his exit. He missed the first two games of the season due to knee surgery.
