Young had five points in 11 minutes before exiting. The 21-year-old out of Oklahoma was the No. 5 pick in the draft last year and a player the Hawks believed in as a cornerstone — preferring him to Luka Doncic. He averaged 34 points per game in his first three games of the season and has been off to a hot start for the 2-1 Hawks.
