Aaron Rodgers shared photos on Instagram Wednesday of what he said was his first tattoo. The design featured fine lines and circles as well as multiple zodiac signs. The work was large and elaborate, and led to many jokes (seen here).
There is reason to believe that the tattoo was the product of Rodgers’ newest relationship.
What’s interesting is that in 2019, Blu shared a photo on Instagram of a tattoo she got on her arm. The design is extremely similar to the one seen on Rodgers’ arm. The designs are similar colors, styles and size, and they both are also located on the forearm. Oh yeah, both designs were done by the same tattoo artist — Balazs Bercsenyi.
Bouchard, 28, was ranked as high as No. 5 in the world during her career. The tennis player burst onto the scene in 2014 when she reached the finals of Wimbledon and semis of the Australian Open and French Open. It’s been all downhill since then though, as she’s failed to advance past the third round of a major since 2015.
Rudolph, 26, was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2018 and has played in 17 games for the team. He will be competing with Mitch Trubisky for the team’s starting quarterback job this season.
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft turned 80 back in June, but an exciting new chapter of his life is just beginning.
Kraft recently got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Dr. Dana Blumberg. Kraft and Blumberg served as chairs at the amfAR Gala Palm Beach event on Saturday night, which honored fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. A source who attended the gala told Page Six that Hilfiger congratulated Kraft and Blumberg on their recent engagement while on stage.
“Tommy Hilfiger was the honoree and Robert and Dana were both chairs of the event for Tommy,” the source said. “[Hilfiger] said his ‘good friend Bob Kraft got engaged to Dr. Dana Blumberg’ at the event on stage, speaking to the whole audience.”
A different source told Page Six that Blumberg was wearing “a giant rock” on her finger.
Blumberg, 47, is one of the top ophthalmologists in the country and is based at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia. She and Kraft began dating in 2019.
Joaquin Niemann put together a monster performance at The Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif. all week, and his girlfriend was there to witness it.
Niemann, 23, set the 36 and 54 record at The Genesis Invitational with his spectacular week. He ended up going wire-to-wire as the leader to win the event at 19 under for his second career PGA Tour victory.
Joining the Chilean golfer at the event was his girlfriend Christina Hillema Puga. What was notable was seeing her hanging out with Sergio Garcia while watching Niemann bring home the title.
Garcia, Niemann, Mito Pereira and Carlos Ortiz all formed a big hug on the final hole. The four Spanish-speaking golfers spend time together while at events.
Sergio Garcia, Mito Pereira, Carlos Ortiz, Sebastian Munoz and Jhonny Vegas all stuck around to congratulate Joaquin Niemann.
The Spanish-speakers usually rent houses together on the road, use the same chef, have lively dinners. Makes them feel a little more at home. Cool stuff.
Zach Wilson and his longtime girlfriend Abbey Gile are going through a rough time, if their social media profiles are any indication.
The New York Post noted on Thursday that that Gile and Wilson have scrubbed each other from their social media profiles. Gile has made her Twitter and Instagram private. A check of Wilson’s page shows no trace of Gile.
Gile had even attended a Jets-Dolphins game as recently as last month.
Wilson was the No. 2 overall pick by the Jets in last year’s draft. The former BYU quarterback passed for 2,334 yards, 9 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He also rushed for four touchdowns while leading the Jets to three wins.
Paulina Gretzky, daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, long adhered to a very specific set of dating rules. Having grown up around athletes, she refused to date them. She believed they viewed her as little more than a trophy and that any interest they had in her was insincere.
But things changed in 2011. Gretzky broke her own set of rules when she began dating golfer Dustin Johnson.
During an appearance on the “Pillows and Beer” podcast this past Thursday, the 32-year-old Gretzky explained how her anti-athlete wall had been torn down.
“How I looked at it was like, I don’t ever want to date somebody that’s an athlete because, whether or not it was me or not, I felt like it was like a achievement for them. Being with me, dating me, whatever it was, it just didn’t feel authentic,” Gretzky explained. “I truly stayed away from athletes, I really did.”
Then she met Johnson, the world’s No. 3-ranked golfer.
“Dustin was the first person, I won’t talk about the other one before … I didn’t like that, really,” Gretzky said, denying that she was ever a cleat-chaser.
Gretzky and Johnson became engaged in 2013 and have two sons together — Tatum, 6, and River, 4. More than sports and entertainment, family life has become their top priority.
“For me, golf was always the most important thing. And now, it’s Paulina and the kids. And they’ll always be the most important,” Johnson told Golfweek last September. “Obviously, I love the game of golf, competing and playing. But they’re the most important thing.”
By all accounts, Gretzky made the right decision when breaking her own rules. And now, she and Johnson will be wed at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee.
The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a huge win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, so now is as good a time as any to point out that head coach Mike Zimmer is winning off the field as well.
There have been rumors dating back quite some time that Zimmer is in a relationship with model Katarina Miketin. While the two have been photographed together on several occasions, there was never any public confirmation. Until now.
Egotastic Sports reached out to Miketin on Instagram to ask if she is dating “a certain head coach.” While the message did not mention Zimmer by name, Miketin replied “yes.”
That seemingly confirms the obvious.
Miketin, who will appear on the cover of the December issue of Maxim Australia, often attends Vikings games. She was in a luxury box at Sunday’s game and shared some clips on her Instagram Story. She was also on the sideline for a Vikings game earlier this season and has been a huge fan of the team for quite some time.
“YESSS to forever with my bestfriend and my [heart] 10.21.21,” she wrote.
Hicks wrote back “you will forever have my [heart].”
Hicks, 32, is from Southern California and was a 1st-round pick by the Minnesota Twins in 2008. He played three MLB seasons with the Twins before being traded to the Yankees. A career .233 hitter, Hicks’ best season came in 2018 when he hit 27 home runs.
Cheyenne, 31, is a pro golfer and has two career pro wins.
The two met in early 2020 and have now gotten engaged.
