Have you ever felt like you would make a great GM, or better yet, offensive coordinator? Well a new football team is allowing fans to control such factors.
Former Pro Bowlers Al Wilson and Ahman Green, along with former 49ers exec Andy Dolich, are uniting on a new venture called “Project FANchise.” The group bought a team that will compete in the IFL (Indoor Football League) beginning in Feb. 2017. They are letting fans decide everything surrounding the team, from the nickname to where the team plays.
Want the team to hire Rich Kotite as head coach? You can vote for that. Want them to sign Jared Lorenzen to play QB? You can send that in, too. Want them to run Spider 2 Y Banana every play? This is your chance.
