The old adage of “best shape of his life” actually looks like it applies to Andrew Luck.
The Indianapolis Colts quarterback popped up in the back of a postgame video posted to the team’s official Twitter account, and it’s safe to say he looks like he’s been hitting the gym a lot during his rehab.

Luck missed all of 2017 with shoulder problems, but he played in Indianapolis’s preseason opener without incident. He went 6-for-9 for 64 yards and looked solid, if a bit rusty. That will be fine with the Colts, who saw him get through the game without incident and get a handful of reps under his belt.
We had heard that Luck’s arm was pretty much back to where it was before he got hurt. Looks like his upper body is, too.
