Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee was carted off the field during Saturday’s preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons after suffering a knee injury.
Lee caught a pass from Blake Bortles and was tackled by Damontae Kazee as he went up field. Kazee led with his helmet straight into Lee’s leg:

Kazee was penalized on the play for violating the new helmet rule.
Lee was immediately ruled out for the rest of the game. He signed a 4-year, $38 million contract with the Jags in March, so this is an awful way to begin things on his new deal.
