NFL found Vontaze Burfict committed second helmet-to-helmet hit
The NFL’s case against Vontaze Burfict appears to only be stronger.
The league on Monday suspended Burfict for the entire season after the linebacker hit Indianapolis Colts tight end Jack Doyle in the helmet during Week 4. Burfict will appeal the suspension, but his case will be tougher.
According to a few reporters, the league included in its letter to Burfict that it found a second helmet-to-helmet hit by the Oakland Raiders linebacker from the same game.

The fact that they found a second hit supports their case that he is a repeat offender.
Burfict has cost himself over $5M in eight years.

Burfict has been supported by his Raiders teammates, but there is no doubt about his negative history. Burfict even got away with throwing some punches in a previous game.
