The Tennessee Titans are now incorporating local wildlife into their offseason training regimen.
In video that was originally posted to kicker Ryan Succop’s Instagram Story on Wednesday (and later to the Titans’ Twitter page), center Ben Jones had quite the adventure with a coyote that had wandered onto the practice field. While barefoot, Jones proceeded to crawl up on the creature before jumping out from behind a trash can and successfully catching it. Have a look, folks:

The ultimate fate of both Jones and the coyote was not immediately clear. But with the former officially listed at 6-foot-3, 308 pounds and the latter usually checking in anywhere from 39.5 to 54 inches and 18 to 30 pounds (according to the state’s Wildlife Resources Agency), it is definitely worth wondering.
They jury is still out though on whether that is a better way of dealing with coyotes than Cleveland Indians pitcher Corey Kluber’s preferred method.
