Bryce Harper holds Katie Ledecky’s Olympic medals for first pitch

Olympic hero Katie Ledecky was in her hometown of Washington D.C. on Wednesday to throw out the first pitch prior to a Beltway Series game, and she humorously turned MVP Bryce Harper into her personal concierge.

Ledecky won four gold medals and a silver at the Rio Olympics and brought them all with her to Nationals Park. But she wasn’t about to make her first pitch with them all around her neck, so she had the reigning NL MVP hold them for her, which made for a great photo:

Ledecky also gets credit for throwing a strike:

We’re glad the Nats finally found some use for that Harper guy.
