Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders made an appearance at Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals on Monday between the Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder.
Sanders arrived at Oracle Arena in Oakland late in the second quarter for the game, possibly helping the Thunder close the gap in the score.

Sanders already won Oklahoma, so he wasn’t risking much by showing up at the home of the Warriors. But he has a lot to gain with the California primaries eight days away and the tough competition in the state from Hillary Clinton.
