Joel Embiid reportedly out at least a week with shoulder sprain
Joel Embiid underwent an MRI on Thursday for his shoulder sprain, and the early word on his injury is somewhat positive.
Embiid has no significant structural damage. He’ll be monitored for his symptoms and reevaluated in a week, according to Shams Charania.

Embiid got hurt in Wednesday night’s loss to Cleveland when he collided with Ante Zizic. He did not return after leaving the game.
Embiid is averaging 23.3 points and 11.8 rebounds per game this season. In addition to missing Embiid, the Philadelphia 76ers are also without Ben Simmons, who is out at least two weeks with a back injury.
