Kevin Love leaves Cavs game for X-rays on his hand

Kevin Love left Tuesday’s Cleveland Cavaliers-Detroit Pistons game with a hand injury and went for X-rays.
Love exited the game in the first quarter and was reported to have gone into the locker room to see the extent of the injury.
Love took a lob pass inside and had a few Pistons players swat at him, which could have injured his hand. He was seen grabbing at his hand immediately.
Well @NBAonTNT I’m not sure I needed THIS close a look at the hand Kevin Love injured in the first quarter vs the Pistons

The Cavs forward had only played five minutes before exiting the game.
Suffering a hand injury not long after his teammates had questioned the legitimacy of a previous injury probably won’t help his standing with his teammates, even if this one is legitimate.
