Magic Johnson is known for spewing hyperbole quite often, but in this case it may have been deserved.
After seeing that Anthony Davis scored 59 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in a 111-106 Pelicans win over the Pistons on Sunday, Magic tweeted that the ‘Brow was the “best big man in the NBA.”

On a day when Davis goes 24-of-34, it’s easy to heap praise upon him.
For his career Davis is averaging 20.6 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game while shooting 50.2 percent from the field. He’s going to win NBA MVP one of these years.
