LSU head football coach Ed Orgeron has never been accused of lacking enthusiasm, and now we know why.
The guy pounds energy drinks like you read about.
In an appearance on “The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz” on Wednesday, Orgeron was asked how many Monster Energy drinks he puts back in a typical day. While he didn’t say he drinks them every day, Coach O said he goes very, very hard when he does indulge in them.

“If we’re gonna do something here at LSU, we do it full speed,” Orgeron said.
We can’t wait to see what the Oxford Police Department has to say about this.
Orgeron is regarded as one of the best recruiters in college football. Knowing what we know now about his energy drink consumption, you have to wonder if he just overwhelms some of the nation’s top players and they can’t help but want to hop on board. Coach O doesn’t mess around when it comes to taurine and sugar. The 55-year-old’s physician can’t be thrilled about that.
