Florida suspends two players from all team activities
Florida’s disciplinary issues continue entering the upcoming college football season.
The Gators announced Wednesday that they have suspended two more players. Running back Jordan Scarlett and wide receiver Rick Wells have been suspended indefinitely.

Scarlett was the team’s leading rusher last year with 889 yards and six touchdowns. Wells is a redshirt freshman.
The suspension of both players makes it 10 athletes suspended for Florida’s season-opener against Michigan. Seven players were previously suspended for the game because of an investigation into alleged credit card fraud.
