Kyler Murray graded as first-round pick by NFL scout
Where does Kyler Murray’s future lie? In the eyes of one NFL scout, it should be as a first-round NFL draft pick.
One AFC South scout told Zach Barnett of FootballScoop that he’d grade the Oklahoma quarterback as a first-rounder after a potential Heisman-worthy season.
Talked to an AFC Scout who said Kyler Murray would have a 1st round grade if he declared. “NFL is changing and he has all the talent in the world,” he said.
The scout also said Lil’Jordan Humphrey would have a 3-4 round grade, listing position, speed and off-field concerns.

In June, Murray was drafted in the first round of the MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics, and he had committed to them by signing a contract. However, after an outstanding college football season, he seems to be wavering a bit on his singular commitment to baseball. With speculation like this, it’s easy to see why.
