Bears interviewing notable ex-NFL head coach
The Chicago Bears are set to interview a high-profile candidate for their offensive coordinator position, and it may provide a hint about their thinking with regard to the NFL Draft.
The Bears will interview former Arizona Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury for their offensive coordinator vacancy. Notably, Kingsbury was the quarterbacks coach at USC this past season, where he worked with potential No. 1 pick Caleb Williams.

Hiring Kingsbury would not necessarily guarantee that the Bears are picking Williams with the No. 1 pick. However, the Bears have openly suggested that Williams is in play.
Bringing in Kingsbury would only add fuel to that speculation.
Kingsbury spent four seasons as the head coach of the Cardinals before being fired after the 2022 season. Despite that, he is still highly regarded as an offensive mind. There are suggestions that he will not be at USC for much longer, and opportunities like this one may be why.
