There were some rumors that soccer player Sydney Leroux might be the girlfriend of the San Francisco 49ers quarterback, but Kaepernick denied that was the case. Maybe Kaep was telling the truth.

Despite keeping most of his personal business private, Kaepernick posted the above photo to his Instagram Saturday night. Lathan shared the same photo on her Instagram account and added an “xoxo.” They seem pretty intimate and happy, right?

Kaepernick would have had plenty of time to spend with a woman Saturday night because his team already played on Thursday night and won.

Lathan, in case you’re curious, is an actress and known for her roles in “Love & Basketball,” “Brown Sugar” and “Something New.” She’s also 42 years old, so Kaepernick would be stepping up in age class if they are dating.
