Watch: Deshaun Watson stays after disappointing loss to practice with Texans’ QB coach
Deshaun Watson’s dedication to the game was on full display after his Houston Texans’ 16-10 home loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
Houston Chronicle Texans reporter Aaron Wilson shared video after the game that showed Watson still on the field well after the team’s contest ended. Watson was doing work at NRG Stadium with quarterbacks coach Quincy Avery.

Sometimes they say less is more; maybe Watson should rest up and recover after playing an entire football game. But you have to love his dedication. He only went 21/33 for 160 yards and rushed for a score in the loss, and obviously felt he let his team down. He’s doing what he can to change that and show he’s not satisfied.
This is the type of attitude you love to see out of your franchise quarterback.
