Dez Bryant became the subject of much internet derision after video emerged of him getting punched in the face during a heated Cowboys-Rams practice Tuesday evening. Suffice it to say the Cowboys receiver was not happy about being mocked.
After the video went viral, the Dallas wide receiver sent a tweet to downplay the damage done by the punch:
“World Star” is a reference to World Star Hip Hop, which is the internet home to many viral videos such as this one.
Though I agree with Bryant’s take on the video — it’s not like he took a textbook knockout punch like this one — he did get cocked pretty cleanly. Opposing fans have been waiting for that for a long time.

Personally I think this video of Dez fighting one of his teammates in training camp was much better.
