Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell was so drunk at the team’s championship parade on Friday.
The city of Philadelphia celebrated the Eagles’ Super Bowl win with a parade held in the city. There was beer flowing and being drunk by fans and anyone who wanted to celebrate the championship. Even one beer can throw went rogue.
Mitchell appeared to top the leaderboard when it came to drunk Eagles players. A video of him talking with FOX 29 in Philly reporter Jennifer Lee went viral.

Mitchell was seen double-fisting and held up beer bottles in each hand. Lee asked if Mitchell had a message for the people of Philadelphia.
“Gooooo. Eaglesssss.” Mitchell screamed out.
After hearing that, fans were convinced that Mitchell was hammered.
Mitchell even jumped on the microphone after the parade was over.
Mitchell had plenty of reasons to celebrate that way. He was a rookie this season and selected by the team No. 22 overall in the draft out of Toledo. To go from playing at Toledo last year to being drafted by the Eagles in the first round and winning a Super Bowl as a rookie has to be beyond a dream for him.
For the season, Mitchell had 46 tackles and 12 passes defended. He finished second in AP Defensive Rookie of the Year voting.
Mitchell was also a standout specifically during the playoffs.
Quinyon Mitchell should not feel too badly about what took place. After all, another very famous player had an even more drunk experience at a championship parade.
