Hakeem Nicks is having himself quite the offseason.
The Indianapolis Colts wide receiver proposed to girlfriend Ariel Meredith, and the SI swimsuit model said yes. She announced on Twitter and Instagram Saturday.

Friday marked Meredith’s 28th birthday, so we’re guessing Hakeem proposed to her on her special day.
The two have been dating for a bit of time, though we didn’t first pick up on that until March.
Meredith first appeared in the SI Swimsuit Edition in 2009 and has appeared in it every year from 2012-2014.
Nicks is 26 and younger than his future wife. He is from Charlotte, went to North Carolina for college, and he was drafted by the Giants in 2009, meaning both of them made their rookie debuts in the same year. After spending his entire career with the Giants, Nicks signed with the Colts this offseason.
After her big weekend, our friend Andy Gray at SI Hot Clicks might have to consider giving her a second run as Lovely Lady of the Day. In honor of her birthday, Gray made Meredith the LLOD Friday.
