It’s still not clear whether running back James Conner will be able to play Sunday for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Conner is still battling an ankle injury that he says is improving, but there is no clarity on whether he’ll suit up against the Cincinnati Bengals in the regular season finale.

The Steelers still have something to play for. They need to win to keep their playoff hopes alive, though it would also require the Baltimore Ravens to lose to the Cleveland Browns. The belief is that Conner has a chance of playing, though it may end up being a game-time decision at this rate.
