Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin suffered what appeared to be a serious knee injury and will not return to the game.
Maclin’s knee appeared to buckle under him on the same play that J.J. Watt suffered an injury. He was carted to the locker room and ruled out for the remainder of the game.
This injury is doubly scary as Maclin is no stranger to knee problems. In 2013, he tore the ACL in his right knee during training camp and missed the entire season.

Maclin seemed to understand the severity of the injury right away, as he was shedding tears on the sideline before being carted away.

Maclin led the Chiefs in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns during the regular season, so losing him for an extended period of time would be huge provided Kansas City does advance into the divisional round.
