Joe Flacco reportedly still not practicing Wednesday
There is still no sign of Joe Flacco at Baltimore Ravens’ practice.
According to ESPN’s Jamison Hensley, Flacco remains sidelined with a hip injury and still hasn’t practiced as of Wednesday. The Ravens have said they want Flacco to get a full week of practice before returning to action, which means it’s exceedingly likely that Lamar Jackson will get the nod against the Atlanta Falcons.
Joe Flacco remains absent from practice after seeing a hip specialist earlier in the week. This was the seventh straight missed practice for Flacco. It looks like Lamar Jackson will get his first NFL road start Sunday, when Ravens play at Atlanta.

The Ravens have been prepared for this eventuality, and Jackson has apparently already been penciled in as the starter. It’s unclear what Flacco’s timetable is by this point, and perhaps next week is a possibility.
