Leonard Fournette may not play for the Jacksonville Jaguars in their Week 7 game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
Fournette suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of Jacksonville’s loss to the Rams last weekend. During the week, reports said the rookie was expected to play in Week 7, but that may not be the case.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says the Jags are not expecting Fournette to play:
A surprise: The #Jaguars are not expecting to have star RB Leonard Fournette (ankle) vs. #Colts, sources say. Sunday, then bye week to rest.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter says Fournette is a game-time decision and that the team is not optimistic about his chances.
Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette, listed as questionable for Sunday due to foot injury, is considered a gameday decision. Jags not optimistic.

Fournette has three 100-yard games this season and has scored at least a touchdown in every one of the team’s contests this season. Chris Ivory would get additional work if Fournette were unable to play.
