Chargers’ Melvin Gordon goes to locker room with apparent knee injury
Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon, already banged up entering Sunday’s playoff game, departed in the first quarter due to an apparent knee injury.
Gordon went down on a second and goal carry midway through the first, and trainers seemed to be looking at his knee. While the running back walked off under his own power, he went straight to the locker room with trainers, skipping the medical tent entirely. He was ruled questionable to return by the Chargers.

Gordon has battled injuries for a while now, but this latest issue comes at the worst possible time for the Chargers, who are considered a serious threat to make a run in these NFL playoffs.
