Roger Goodell wipes hand on amputee’s back (Video)
There’s a lot of things about Roger Goodell that are in dispute. Did he go overboard on the Patriots with the Deflategate suspension? Did he see the Ray Rice tape? Does he know more about concussions than he’s letting on? Those are all questions he could deflect.
But one thing that’s not in dispute is what Roger Goodell did to a young girl who announced a pick during the second round of the NFL Draft.
