Tom Brady may seem to lack emotion when he is dealing with the fans and media, but one thing we know is that he gets pretty darn fired up on the field. Nothing showed that better than Brady’s reaction after he nearly scored on a second down run against the Kansas City Chiefs Saturday.
Brady took off and started running for the goal line on a second down play against KC close to halftime. He took a big hit as he tried to score, and he came very close to making it. Though officials initially ruled he was short of the goal line, he thought he made it and the Patriots challenged the call.
While the play was under review, Brady was on the sideline all fired up, celebrating with Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels:

Unfortunately for New England the call was not overturned, but Brady scored on a sneak on the next play to put the Pats up 14-3.
