It’s impossible for a player to score on a header from beyond midfield, right? Guess not:
I’ve watched that video over and over again, wondering how the heck it happened. Seriously, how did it happen? How can a guy score on a header from beyond midfield? What is this, cranial pinball?
Jone Samuelsen, who has the lucky dome, may get his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for the feat. The manager of the Norwegian team that scored the goal says he believes the 57.3 meter header is the longest ever. It has to be, right? Hope that dude was drug tested after the match. He’s got to be on something to make such a spectacular play.
Thanks to Deadspin for the videoGoogle+
