Angels beat Rangers on walk-off squeeze bunt
It’s early, but it looks like the Angels may be in for a special season.
The Angels beat the Texas Rangers 6-5 in 10 innings on Tuesday for their second straight comeback win of at least five runs. And they did it on a walk-off safety squeeze bunt from Carlos Perez in the 10th:

The Angels entered the bottom of the seventh inning down 5-0 and scored a run in the 7th, another in the 8th, and three in the 9th to tie it. Then they won things on the squeeze in the 10th.
On Monday, the Angels came back from down 8-1 against the Mariners, scoring two in the 7th and 7 in the 9th to win 10-9. They’re now 6-2 on the season — tops in the American League.
