Bryce Harper’s family will be growing.
Harper shared a photo on social media Monday that showed him and his wife Kayla holding a photo of a sonogram printout.

Harper’s caption said “girl dad!”, which was his way of announcing the baby’s sex. The phrase is also a nod to the late Kobe Bryant.
The Harpers were married in Dec. 2016 and have a son, Krew, who was born in August. Harper is entering the second year of a 13-year contract he signed with the Phillies last offseason.
