Shohei Ohtani had to leave his start on Wednesday night with what was later revealed to be another blister issue, and the latest could result in a trip to the disabled list for the Los Angeles Angels phenom.
Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports that Ohtani will miss at least one start and could wind up on the DL.

This specific blister issue probably won’t keep Ohtani out long, but the fact that it keeps happening is a cause for concern. Ohtani has left two games because of blisters this season, and Angels manager Mike Scioscia acknowledged the problem is one the right-hander also dealt with in Japan.
Ohtani is 4-1 with a 3.10 ERA in nine starts this season. He’s also hitting .289 with six homers and 20 RBI.
