Druw Jones, the son of former Atlanta Braves center fielder Andruw Jones, is among the top high school prospects in the country. On Wednesday, he showed everyone not just his skill, but also his ability to block out the noise.
Druw is a senior for Wesleyan High School in Norcross, Ga. His team faced Decatur on Wednesday and won 6-1.
A highlight of Druw from the game went viral. The video showed the senior clubbing a home run while being taunted with “overrated” chants.

Saw Druw Jones tonight (son of Andruw), my top prospect for the 2022 draft.
Hostile road crowd and faced 90-93 mph from Georgia State commit Brady Jones.
Amidst chants of "overrated" he hits a rocket dead central. Friend helped me with a side angle @espn @jones_druw pic.twitter.com/8huUGVhFUG

Not only did Druw hit a big home run, but the pitcher he homered off of is no slouch either. He hit his home run off Brady Jones, who throws in the low 90s and is a Georgia State commit.
Druw is a Vanderbilt commit, but the MLB Draft could end up tempting him.
