Draymond Green is known for his confidence and fearlessness, so it’s no surprise that he had a funny zinger for the Spurs after losing in San Antonio Saturday night.
Green’s Golden State Warriors lost 87-79 to the Spurs to even their season series at 1-1. Nearly two months ago the Warriors spanked San Antonio 120-90 in Oakland when the teams met the first time.
Following his team’s loss, Draymond referenced that first game.
Draymond Green on the Spurs: "I think they had a better game than last game, which shouldn't have been that hard."

Ooooh, burn. Did you really expect Green to give the Spurs a lot of credit?
Keep in mind that Andrew Bogut and Andre Iguodala both missed the game for Golden State. Iguodala missing the contest because of his ankle injury is key; he played great defense in the playoffs last year — especially against LeBron James — which led to him being named NBA Finals MVP.
A match-up between these teams in the playoffs would be a lot of fun for fans to watch. The Warriors are hoping they’ll be at full strength if they do encounter the Spurs in the postseason.
