James Harden dismisses injury concerns after poor Game 6

James Harden played a game to forget in one of the most important situations of his career.
The Houston Rockets MVP candidate scored just 10 points, committed six turnovers, and fouled out in Houston’s inexplicable 39-point series-ending loss to the Spurs on Thursday night.
His lethargic and lackluster performance left many to wonder what was going on. It was even a question during Harden’s postgame news conference, and the Rockets star refused to blame an illness, injury, or anything else for his dud.
When asked if he was hurt or dealing with anything, Harden shook his head and responded: "I'm good."

Asked to give an explanation for the blowout, Harden didn’t offer much.
James Harden: "I don't know what it was. I know they played well, and we didn't."

Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni was similarly straightforward.
Mike D'Antoni: "Sometimes life hits you in the face."

On one hand, you kind of wish that something could explain why he did so poorly. On the other, at least Harden is taking responsibility and not making excuses.
Here’s a look at some of his missed shots and turnovers that left many scratching their heads:
