Kevin Durant has heard it all from opposing fans since he decided to chase championships with the Golden State Warriors, but he apparently felt something that was said during Saturday’s game against the Dallas Mavericks crossed the line.
During the first quarter of Golden State’s 112-109 loss to the Mavs, Durant went out of his way to engage with a heckler and tell him to “watch the f—ing game and shut the f— up.” A nearby fan happened to be filming on his cell phone camera and captured the exchange, but beware that the video contains inappropriate language.

One witness who was nearby when the incident took place told TMZ the trash talk was relatively tame, with the fan calling Durant “cupcake” and some other relatively tame insults. The witness said the group of fans laughed off Durant’s reaction and tried to get under his skin even more for the remainder of the game.
As dominant of a player as Durant is, he has always had trouble ignoring his critics. Whether its confronting a heckler outside a hotel or allegedly using a burner Twitter account to hit back at fans, ignoring outside noise has never been a strong suit of the two-time NBA Finals MVP.
