LeBron James left Tuesday night’s game against the Golden State Warriors with a groin injury, but all indications have been that it is not something that will force him to miss a significant amount of time.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reported on Wednesday that an MRI on LeBron’s injury came back clean. Not long after that report surfaced, James took to Twitter to express relief that he “dodged a bullet.”

LeBron left in the third quarter of an eventual blowout win for the Los Angeles Lakers after he slipped while driving to the basket. The way he was initially seen describing the injury made it seem more serious, but he has been a very durable player throughout his career.
While James is obviously relieved that there was no structural damage, it sounds like he will miss at least some time.
