Marshawn Lynch watching Game 5 with Draymond Green
If there was one positive to come out of Draymond Green’s one-game suspension during the NBA Finals, it’s definitely this.
As first reported by ESPN’s Marc J. Spears, Marshawn Lynch and Warriors GM Bob Myers were in Green’s suite at the Oakland Coliseum to watch Game 5 with Green.

Green was not allowed to be in attendance for Game 5 at Oracle Arena because he was suspended for the game after being assessed a flagrant one foul for this skirmish with LeBron James in Game 4. Instead, he decided to rent a suite at the A’s game next door (the two venues are connected by an underground tunnel).
Now if you’re wondering what Lynch is doing there – besides being there to make sure Draymond doesn’t “get fined” — remember that he is a Bay Area native and huge Bay Area sports fan. He is from Oakland, attended Oakland Tech for high school and played college ball at Cal in Berkeley. It only makes sense that he would be right there in the thick of things, watching the game with Draymond, mixing with the Bay Area sports elite.
