Browns teammate says Josh Gordon is ‘in good spirits’

We still know few details about what’s keeping Josh Gordon away from the Cleveland Browns, but one teammate who’s spoken to him says he’s doing well.

Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins has been texting with Gordon, saying he’s in “good spirits” and that it will be “like he never left” when he does ultimately return.

Gordon is away from the Browns as part of his treatment plan, and there is no indication he has done anything wrong. There is also said to be no timetable for his return, but those who have been in contact with him seem relaxed about whatever he’s dealing with and are expecting him back without issue.
