Carson Wentz gets a shoutout from Joe Biden after 3-0 start
Carson Wentz’s play through the Philadelphia Eagles’ first three games has made America sit up and take notice, and that includes the sitting vice president.
Noted Eagles fan Joe Biden, a Scranton native, gave the Eagles rookie quarterback a big shoutout on Twitter on Monday morning.
Heart, guts, and poise from my guy, @CJ_Wentz. Huge game, strong start for the @Eagles. @DrBiden is pumped. It's our year.

Much of the Philadelphia fanbase would probably agree. Wentz has been better than almost anyone could have reasonably expected him to be. He’s drawn some big-time comparisons from his offensive coordinator, and now he has the stamp of approval from the vice president. The sky truly is the limit.
