Dez Bryant missed charity HR derby because he went to wrong ballpark
The Dallas Cowboys held a home run derby for charity in Frisco on Monday, and Dez Bryant feels he would have won had he taken part. So why didn’t he?
Unfortunately, the star wide receiver went to the wrong venue. Bryant thought the event was being held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

There’s no reason to believe Bryant was lying. He showed up in full baseball gear and seemed genuinely excited about the event. If he’s guilty of anything, it’s being absent-minded. The reason Bryant arrived late didn’t exactly shock Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett.

It’s no wonder the Cowboys have gone to such great measures — you know, the whole babysitting thing — to make sure Bryant fulfills all of his responsibilities. Otherwise, he might end up driving to AT&T Stadium on a day in which his team is taking on the Eagles in Philadelphia.
